Aaron Styles


Lead Instructor

Aaron is the creator and lead instructor of Styles Yoga. His fun, outgoing, and somewhat goofy personality will keep you smiling. He loves sharing his in-depth knowledge of the practice, which he acquired from years of experience studying under many different teachers.

Suzanne Martin


Prenatal Instructor

Suzanne is a visual artist, yoga instructor and mother teaching the art of living yoga to her students, family and friends. She has trained with many masters near and far. A few years ago, Suzanne became pregnant and fell in love with teaching prenatal yoga - diving in and experiencing the raw beauty of the relationship between mother and child.

Amy Adams


Anatomy Instructor

Through years of working as a yoga instructor, massage therapist, and dancer, Amy's passion and appreciation for the human anatomy blossomed. She loves teaching in a way that is interactive and enjoyable for her students.

Jessica Fuller


Business of Yoga

Jessica has been loving and practicing yoga for over 15 years. Her love of hot yoga and desire to teach and positively impact those around her led to open The Hot Yoga Spot. In the less than five years since The Hot Yoga Spot opened, Jessica has created five locations for students to practice yoga.

Tuition & Payment Options

Tuition: $2,628.00

  • Includes: All weekends of training & a light vegetarian lunch/dinner for each day of training.
  • $100 Discount: You are eligible for this discount if you attend an open house.
  • Payment Plan: After paying the $500 deposit, pay off the balance in installments of $235/$248 each training weekend. There are no extra costs or fees to pay via our payment plan.
  • Meal/Trade Scholarship: Receive a discount off of tuition in exchange for providing meals for your training group. More Information

Founded in 1990, the Damien Center is a resource center designed to improve health, reduce stress and increase the quality of life in a supportive atmosphere for individuals and families living with and affected by HIV/AIDS.

As a membership-based organization they provide programs and services, free-of-charge, in a welcoming and culturally diverse environment.
