Aaron Styles

Lead Instructor

Aaron is the creator and lead instructor of Styles Yoga. His fun, outgoing, and somewhat goofy personality will keep you smiling. He loves sharing his in-depth knowledge of the practice, which he acquired from years of experience studying under many different teachers.

Amy Adams

Anatomy Instructor

Through years of working as a yoga instructor, massage therapist, and dancer, Amy's passion and appreciation for the human anatomy blossomed. She loves teaching in a way that is interactive and enjoyable for her students.

Tuition & Payment Options

Tuition: $2,628.00


  • All weekends of training.
  • Free classes led by Aaron at The Hot Yoga Spot.
  • A light vegetarian lunch/dinner for each day of training.

Payment & Discount Options

  • Payment Plan: After paying the $500 deposit, pay off the balance in installments of $235/$248 each training weekend. There are no extra costs or fees to pay via our payment plan.
  • $100 Discount: You are eligible for this discount if you attend an open house.
  • Meal/Trade Scholarship: Receive a discount off of tuition in exchange for providing meals for your training group. Contact us for more information.

Global Peaceful Cities


“The Global Peaceful Cities Project is a collection of research projects designed to determine how many trained meditators creating a “coherent state” in their bodies and then focusing peaceful intention outwardly can measurably reduce local violence.  Dozens of prior research studies suggest that focused peaceful intention has real world impact.  The Global Peaceful Cities project is replicating that research to offer further validation of such work and raise awareness that ordinary individuals have the opportunity to “vote with their hearts” to see more.”
