Aaron is the creator and lead instructor of Styles Yoga. His fun, outgoing, and somewhat goofy personality will keep you smiling. He loves sharing his in-depth knowledge of the practice, which he acquired from years of experience studying under many different teachers. As a teacher, he believes it’s also important to remain a student. He is continuously on the pursuit of knowledge and is currently in the process of acquiring his second 500hr certification with Tiffany Cruikshank.
Amy is the lead anatomy and myology instructor for the Styles Yoga 200 hour foundational yoga training. Through years of working as a yoga instructor, massage therapist, and dancer, her passion and appreciation for the human anatomy blossomed. She loves teaching in a way that is interactive and enjoyable for her students.
I think Aaron had a lot of patience with us and he really took time to answer all of our questions and suggest other resources when necessary, which was very helpful. I also think the assignments were carefully thought out and well planned. The feedback we received after teaching was extremely helpful for my improvement and growth.
I thought the class was very well-thought-out and prepared me for teaching yoga. It was VERY thorough and I am so glad I was able to be a part of it.
It was an amazing experience with amazing people! Taking time to learn Sanskirt and the history/background of yoga helped advance my practice and understanding/love for the practice. Being able to work in pairs and groups was not only extremely beneficial but fun! I think what sets this training apart is having the opportunity to learn assists and adjustments (safely!) and how to read the body. So glad I got certified through Styles Yoga!
